I’m Alex!
I run Move Pilates Studio and am proud as punch to say it’s flourishing more every year - and nicely profitable!
Growing a studio in a small town is a different ball game from a huge city, and it takes a different way of looking at things to make it work!
I love supporting others in this awesome Pilates community, which is why Move Mentoring exists.
My home-based studio is in a semi-rural town in South Australia with a small population (23,000), but my business isn’t small!
I’ve worked with over 1400 clients, have a wonderful team of 5 and average $35K+ in monthly revenue.
Most importantly? I’ve got time to focus on things I enjoy outside of my business. I pay myself a consistent salary, take every Friday off, and wake up every Monday excited to dive back into my business!
